The choice to plant vineyards and build a new cellar on Etna was born at a particular moment in my life, where a lot has changed on a personal level: a sort of stage that marked an important change. Producing quality wines in a very trendy and extremely competitive territory represents an important challenge that I intend to win.
Over the past 15 years I have had the honor of meeting many Etna producers and their wines; I listened to their stories and visited their vineyards and cellars. I met winemakers who dedicate every day to their land, people who are an integral part of the Etna food and wine context. I observed the majesty of the volcano, understanding the incredible richness and authenticity that it manages to give to those who live along its slopes. I chose to produce wine on the North one, the most suitable for my wine project, planning every little detail to achieve the goal of producing unique and very different wines.
