

The company covers about ten hectares on the north-east side of the volcano. The vineyards fall on plots which, although very close together, have different geomorphological and microclimatic characteristics, profoundly influencing the yield of the grapes. The ancient millstone houses the winemaking cellar.
The presence of several vineyards in different positions allows us to tell the story of these places and the microclimatic and geomorphological variations that characterize the territory through the wines.
