We want to create a garrison of innovative viticulture on Etna that aims at quality and is able to translate the voice of the territory into wine, enhancing the differences that each individual district gives to the grapes.
Entire families work for us, in particular the women who, according to the Etna tradition, have the right delicacy in the care of the vineyards and in the choice of the bunches. Knowledge is handed down from generation to generation.
We grow both traditional Etna vines, such as Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, and international vines such as Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Mondeuse.
